Terms And Conditions

  1. Services

Keymax Prodz LLC provides professional photography services including studio sessions, family sessions, weddings, graduations, private events, corporate events, church events, and special celebrations. All services are subject to availability and written confirmation.

  2. Booking & Retainer

A deposit is required to secure all bookings. For the studio session and event that required less than 3 hours, a full deposit is required. No date is confirmed until payment is received. The remaining balance must be paid before or on the date of events unless otherwise agreed.

 

  3. Event Coverage Terms

Event coverage is limited to agreed hours. Overtime is billed separately. Clients must provide a timeline and venue access. Keymax Prodz LLC is not responsible for missed moments due to delays, restrictions, or guest interference.

 

  4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Retainers are non-refundable. Studio sessions may rescheduled once with 48-hour notice. Events require at least 7 days notice. No-shows forfeit payments.

 

  5. Image Delivery

Standard sessions are delivered within 7–14 business days. Weddings and large events may take 3–6 weeks. Images are delivered digitally(except for platinum Wedding Plan). RAW files are not provided.

 

  6. Copyright & Usage

All images remain the property of Keymax Prodz LLC. Clients receive a personal-use license for printing and sharing. Commercial use requires written permission.

 

  7. Limitation of Liability

Liability is limited to the amount paid for services. Keymax Prodz LLC is not responsible for circumstances beyond reasonable control including weather, emergencies, or venue restrictions.

We may collect name, email, phone number, billing details, event information, and website usage data when clients submit forms or make payments.

  2. Use of Information

Information is used to process bookings, communicate with clients, send invoices, and improve services. We do not sell personal information.

 

  3. Payment Security

Payments are processed through secure third-party providers. We do not store full credit card information.

 

  4. Data Protection & Retention

We implement reasonable security measures. Client data and images may be stored for archival purposes but are not guaranteed beyond 12 months.
